Upgrading egg sorting and packing lines
Challenge:
The need for a precise system to sort eggs by size, pack them, and wrap them with heat shrink film—while reducing breakage caused by manual handling.
Solution:
We supplied and installed a complete integrated line, starting with specialized conveyors to safely transport eggs, passing through sanitizing and grading units, and ending with shrink wrapping machines and code printers.

Citrus and onion sorting & packing lines
Challenge:
The need to accurately sort massive quantities of citrus and onions by size and color, and prepare them for export to meet global standards.

Designing complete integrated lines that include washing, drying, and waxing units, along with a precise electronic sizer and packing tables, with a production capacity of up to 50 tons/hour.

Equipping Automated Poultry Slaughterhouses
Challenge:
The goal was to increase slaughterhouse capacity and enhance quality and hygiene standards by shifting from manual methods to a fully integrated automated system.
Solution:
We designed and manufactured a complete automated slaughter line using an overhead conveyor system, covering all processing stages with a capacity of up to 5,000 birds per hour.
Result:
This increased production capacity by more than 10× compared to manual methods, ensured the highest hygiene levels, and significantly reduced water and electricity consumption.
