A Lid Press Conveyor is an integrated solution for automatically securing lids on pails and plastic containers, replacing the tiring and inconsistent manual closing process. The system moves containers forward after the lid is placed, then applies gradual, controlled pressure to ensure a complete and safe seal without deforming the container body or damaging the lid.

How It Works

A Lid Press Conveyor relies on a lower belt to carry containers along a fixed path, combined with an upper belt or a set of pressure rollers with adjustable height and pressing force based on the container size and lid type. As the container passes between the two belts, balanced downward pressure is applied to the lid, ensuring full sealing around the entire rim while keeping the container aligned and preventing dents, cracks, or breakage. The system can be integrated into filling and packaging lines, positioned before or after other stations such as weighing or labeling.
