Supervising the operation of production lines and monitoring the production process in accordance with approved operational plans.

Preparing and reviewing daily and weekly production plans to ensure achievement of time targets and efficient utilization of resources.

Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) of production lines (productivity, waste, breakdowns, product quality), analyzing root causes, and proposing improvement plans.

Coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure implementation of preventive maintenance plans and minimize unplanned downtime.

Ensuring production line operators’ compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and quality standards.

Contributing to the development and improvement of work methods and applying continuous improvement principles (Lean / Kaizen) across production lines.

Participating in trial runs for new products or production lines, documenting results, and submitting technical reports to management.

Preparing daily and weekly reports on production line status, recurring issues, and technical or training needs of the workforce.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field).

Previous hands-on experience in industrial production and production line management (preferably 3–5 years or more).

Good knowledge of conveyor systems, material handling lines, or packaging lines is considered an added advantage.

Ability to read engineering drawings and proficiency in using Microsoft Office and technical reporting tools.

Familiarity with basic quality management systems and occupational health and safety standards within industrial environments.

Strong skills in on-site supervision, problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Strong leadership personality with the ability to manage and motivate an operations team.

High level of accuracy in observation with strong attention to detail.

Effective communication skills with cross-functional departments (engineering, maintenance, quality, and planning).

Ability to make quick, data-driven decisions based on facts and performance metrics.
